According to response from:
http://www.forum.mista.ru/topic.php?id=599971

Please can you check the access rights for this file G:/DDB/BD/Office/1Cv8.1CD
You should have the rights to write and read. You can test them trying to rename the file (please rename it back after this test).

Error received when I try to do that. "Cannot change file name, because file is open in SYSTEM."

1C:Enterprise cannot open file *.1cd for writing because of your system activity. Some your computer services can block this file. You should check antivirus or the other system services.

1. If your 1cd-file is in network folder and OS is Windows 2008 please try to reboot the system.
2. Please note if you try to open 1cd-file from CD-ROM it is read only so 1C:Enterprise cannot save any data to it.
3. You should open task manager and close all the 1Cv8 processes.
4. You can investigate who is accessing your shared 1cd-file using the link:

Ok, I think it is a network drive will verify. Also I will use the tool to stop all processes from 1C and then try again and let you know the result.
