Hallo,
I hope here are questions about the version 7.7 allowed.
I have Windows Vista Home Premium.
after installing 1C 7.7, I can not see the subtitles in the menu. So I can read the menu point "файл" in Cyrillic, but not the point "open", "new".
do somebody know what I must do in my system that the other Cyrillic fonts are readable??
thanks in advance

Re: 1C 7.7 problems with Cyrillic fonts
Hello,
Please try the following:
1) Your regional settings should be set to support Russian. The best screenshot I've found at http://www.picamatic.com/show/2008/03/25/12/79724_958x749.jpg
2) you should use the latest 7.7 release 7.7.027.

Hallo Elisy,
thank you for your reply.
to your points.
1. this setting were already done. so I can read the menu points like "file (in Russian language)" but the subtitles like "open or new (in Russian language)" are not readable!
on XP I had the same problem, but there it was possible make changes in registry "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes" like this "Arial,0 = Arial,204; Arial,204 = Arial,204". after this steps the subtitles are readable, but not on Vista.
2. I have the release 7.7.027
Have you now some ideas?

3) Or in the folder C:\WINDOWS\system32 find the file С_1251 and rename it to С_1252 replacing С_1252 file. And restart your computer. Please make backup copy first.
